Good Guy's officially opened on Eldridge Street in June of 2024. What started as a relationship to brand the Temple Bar revival in 2019 has led to a number of different projects and continued collaboration between Sam Ross, Michael McIlroy, and ACB. How exactly do you craft a new space opposite the legendary, storied Attaboy/Milk and Honey with a specific mysterious vibe? “they went in the opposite direction and opened a space they say was inspired by the tapas bars of Barcelona and wine bars of Paris. It’s practically glowing, with a honey onyx bar that extends at the end for standing customers, and there are a few tables in the back.” As Chris Crowley perfectly put it for Grub Street on the opening. The wordmark is set in OH no Type Company's Casserole Flare which fit like a Good Guy glove and brought this project to life. Cheers to many more years at 134 Eldridge Street🍹
